How it works
Upload your PDF
One file or several. Several PDFs are joined in the order you add them.
Add what a PDF can’t
Put Buy now or WhatsApp buttons, links or video on any page, or leave it as it is.
Create your link
Tap Share, then Create my link. Send it on WhatsApp or email, or put it on your website.
It reads like a PDF
Every page sits one under another. People scroll down with a finger, the mouse wheel or the arrow keys, the way they read any PDF, and a page counter shows where they are.
On a computer the pages are listed down the side: click one to jump to it. On a phone the pages fill the screen, and All pages shows every page small, to jump to any of them.
Nothing to download
The link opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Nobody needs a PDF app, an account or space on their phone.
Only the pages near the screen are loaded, so a long catalogue doesn’t make people wait for the whole file.
More than a PDF file
Buttons that work
Buy now, Order on WhatsApp and Follow us buttons open with one tap.
Links and video
Links in your PDF keep working, and videos play right on the page.
Your brand at the top
Your logo and business name sit above the pages.
One link, kept up to date
Change something and update it: the link stays the same.
See who reads it
Sign in to see how many people opened it, where they came from and which pages they read.
The PDF, if you want
Let people download the PDF too, or keep it to the link.
Scroll, swipe or flipbook? You choose
Pick one in Share, under How it opens. You can change it later and the link stays the same.
Scroll
Every page one under another, like a PDF, everywhere.
Swipe on phones
Phones swipe page by page, and computers show a flipbook with page turns.
Swipe
One page at a time everywhere, with dots under it.
Flipbook
Pages curl and turn like a printed catalogue everywhere.
Good to know
Size
Up to 200 pages and 250 MB per link.
Password-protected PDFs
Remove the password first, then upload.
Mixed page sizes
Pages are fitted to the size of your first page.
Text in the link
Pages show as sharp pictures, so their text can’t be selected or searched in the link. The downloaded PDF keeps its real text.
Questions
How do I turn a PDF into a link?
Upload the PDF, tap Share, then Create my link. Copy the link and send it, or paste it on your website. No account needed.
Is the PDF to link converter free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark on your pages. A small "Made with CatalogLeaf" credit sits under them, and the link shows a short "make your own" card after the last page.
Do people need an app to open it?
No. It opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download.
Can I change the PDF after I share the link?
Yes. Make your changes and tap Update link in Share. Everyone with the link sees the new version, at the same address.
Who can see it?
Only people you send the link to, or visitors of a website where you put it. Search engines are asked not to list it, and you can stop sharing at any time.
Can I put it on my website?
Yes. Share gives you an embed code for Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and other website builders. It scrolls the same way there.
Can people download my PDF?
You decide. In Share, open More options and switch Let people download the PDF on or off.
Will it work with a PDF made in Canva or Word?
Yes. Save or export it as a PDF from any app, then upload it here.
