From Excel to PDF
Upload your product list and the columns are recognised for you: name, code, price, category, description and image. Photos are matched by file name or product code, and pictures inside Excel cells are picked up too. Each category starts on a new page.
Pick the right file size
Compact
About 0.7 MB for 20 pages with 30 photos. Great for WhatsApp and email.
Standard
About 1.5 MB. Sharp on screens and tablets.
Print
About 5 MB. For professional printing.
A creative PDF, not a spreadsheet
Choose a style, colours and fonts, add a cover and section pages, and decorate pages with soft background artwork. Text in the PDF is real text, so it stays crisp and searchable.
Questions
Can I make a catalogue PDF from Excel?

Which currencies are supported?
Rupee, dollar, euro and pound formatting, or prices exactly as written in your sheet.
How big will the PDF be?
You choose. In our tests a 20-page catalogue with 30 photos was 0.7 MB (Compact), 1.5 MB (Standard) or 5.2 MB (Print).
