How it works

  1. Make or upload your catalog

From product photos, an Excel list, or a PDF you already have.

  2. Add a video

Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, or upload a video file. Pick the picture shown before it plays.

  3. Share the link

Send it on WhatsApp or email, or embed it on your website. The video plays inside the page.

Where the video plays

  • Your catalog link

Tap the video and it plays on the page, without leaving the catalog.

  • Your website

In an embedded flipbook, the same way.

  • Phones

It plays inside the page on phones too.

  • The downloaded PDF

A PDF can’t play video, so it shows the video’s picture with a play button that links to it: YouTube and Vimeo videos directly, your own video through your catalog link.

Two ways to add video

  • A video page

A whole page for one video: choose Add page, then Video page.

  • Next to your products

Place a video on any page, beside photos and prices, and size it like a photo.

  • Your own picture

Choose the still picture shown before the video plays and in the PDF.

Videos that help you sell

Show what a photo can’t: how a bag opens, how a fabric falls, how a toy moves, or how a cake is made. A short clip of under a minute is easiest to watch on a phone.

Videos load only when someone taps them, so the catalog still opens fast. A YouTube link keeps your shared catalog light; an uploaded video file can be up to 120 MB.

Questions

Can a PDF catalog have video?

Not one that plays: most PDF readers don’t play video. In your downloaded PDF a video appears as a picture with a play button that opens the video when tapped. Share the catalog as a link and the video plays right inside the page.

Which videos can I add?

A YouTube or Vimeo link, or a video file from your computer (MP4, WebM or MOV).

Can I add video to a catalog I made in Canva or InDesign?

Yes. Upload the PDF here, add the video on any page, then share it as a link.

Will the video slow down my catalog?

No. A video loads only when someone taps it.

Is it free?

Yes. Adding video, sharing the link and embedding it are free, with no account.
