How it works

  1. Upload your list

    An Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file. From Google Sheets, download it as one of those first.

  2. Check the columns

    Name, code, price, description and category are found automatically. Fix any that are wrong.

  3. Add photos, then download

    Photos are matched to products. Download a PDF or share a flipbook link.

    Photos placed inside your Excel cells are taken out and put on the right product.

    Name each photo after its product code or name, and it lands on the right product.

    A column of image URLs works too.

If your list has a category column, each category can start on its own page with its own heading. Choose how many products go on each page, a style and your colours.

Questions

Which columns do I need?

Only a product name. Code, price, description, category and image columns are used when you have them, and common headings like SKU, Item code or Price are recognised automatically.

How do I add photos to a spreadsheet catalog?

Put pictures in the Excel cells, add a column of image links, or upload photo files named after each product’s code or name.

Can I use Google Sheets?

Yes. In Google Sheets choose File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, then upload that file.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read in your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share a link.

Is it free?

Yes, with no account and no watermark on your pages.
