Paid templates
You can get a full refund on a paid template within 3 days of buying it. Email billing@catalogleaf.com from the address you bought with, and add your order number if you have it.
How refunds are paid
Our orders are handled by our reseller, Paddle. Paddle sends the refund to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few working days.
After a refund
The templates are locked on your account again, and links made from them stop working.
After 3 days
Later requests are handled by Paddle under its refund policy.
