Which beauty catalogue design fits your products?
The right beauty catalogue design depends on what you sell, not on what looks nicest. Pick a free look for skincare, make-up or gift sets, then add your own photos and prices.
A face oil and a lipstick need different pages. One is about what is inside. The other is about the colour. A good beauty catalogue design fits the thing you sell.
Below are free beauty catalogue designs, shown as finished pages. You open one, add your own photos and prices, and send it as a PDF or a link. The product photos here are samples. Yours take their place.
First, decide what your buyer checks
- Skincare buyers want to know what is in it and who it is for. Show the size, the skin type and how long it lasts.
- Make-up buyers want to see the colour. Use big, true photos and name each shade.
- Gift buyers want a ready set with one price. Show what is in the box.
Pick the group that sounds like your shop. Then pick a look from that group.
For skincare: let the pages breathe
Dew Archive is mint green with droplet shapes. It has 12 pages. One page shows a single product with its code, price and a short note. Another page lists eight products in two columns with small photos. There is also a "Use and ingredients" page with three slots for size, skin type and shelf life. It suits a small brand with a few serums, oils and creams.
Botanica is pale green with a thin frame around the cover photo. It suits plant-based oils and soaps, where the leaf and the bottle tell the story.
Citrus Glow has a bold orange band under the photo. It is a bright pick for vitamin C, body butters and anything that should feel fresh.

Inside, the pages stay simple. Here are two Dew Archive pages and one Noir Luxe page, finished.

For make-up: let the colour lead
Noir Luxe is black velvet with a pink panel on the cover. The product pages show four items each, with a code and a price. One full page is kept for a hero product, with its size, skin type and shelf life. Palettes and lipsticks look rich against the dark pages.
Rose Quartz is pink marble with a round photo on the cover. It is softer and suits blush, lip balm and a bridal range.
Lavender Fields puts three photos on the cover. A buyer sees brushes, palettes and bath salts at once, so it works for a shop with a mixed range.

For gifts and seasons: show the set
Spa Day is a calm mint lookbook. A lookbook is a book of big photos with short captions. It suits bath bombs, candles and towels sold as a gift.
Diwali Glow is plum with gold and marigold light. Use it for festive gift sets. Diwali is on 8 November this year, so send it soon. See also Diwali sale flyers.
Bridal Glow is a short landscape brochure in burgundy. It suits a make-up artist or salon that sells bridal packages.

What to write under each product
Keep each product to a name, one short line and a price. Put the thing the buyer worries about in the short line.
| Name | Short line | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Calendula face oil | Gentle on all skin types, 50 ml | $18 |
| Whipped body butter | Small batch, not tested on animals | $14 |
| Pressed blush compact | Soft pink, one shade | $12 |
Example prices are in US dollars, like the templates. Write your own price in your own money. Give each product a code, like BT-102, so a buyer can just send the code.
Photo tips for beauty products
- Shoot near a window in daylight. Skip the flash.
- Use one plain background for every product.
- Show the real shade of a make-up product. Buyers return what looks different.
- Take one close photo of the texture, like cream in a jar.
